- Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements.
- Manage inventory and order office/clinical supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
- Certification in radiology, coronal polishing, and CPR (as required by state regulations).
- Previous orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in dental software
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
