You will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
- Responsible for all aspects of the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Oversee the Guest Relations department and support the Head Butler in the day-to-day operations to ensure Raffles experiences are delivered at every guest touchpoint .
- Represent the voice of the guest. Measure, analyze and report guest feedback data, quality assurance and similar experiential performance metrics for service delivery improvements, problem resolution and prevention plan.
Your experience and skills include:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience as manager in Rooms Division
- Operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Manager (Opera)
- Training and experience in ultra-luxury environment preferred .
