Job Description
A pastry cook is responsible for pastry preparation, plating and presentation. As a pastry cook you will proactively prioritize tasks to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality of food for our guests. You will possess a complete understanding of the menu, recipes and presentations and are aware of potential food allergens in each dish. A pastry cook must have excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Previous experience in Pastry required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Food Handlers Certification
- The U.S. Work Authorization is a must
