Essential Duties:
- Sales Projects
- Restock Snacks/Clean Coffee Machine
- CI expert
- Greet guests with custom presentation
- Farewell to customer
- Answer Phones for Sales
- Track Floor Time Sales
- Daily check about hospitality level in the showroom (e.g. cleanliness, availability of beverages, marketing material, magazines, decorations)
- Daily check of bathrooms
- Maintenance of digital touchpoints/ technical showroom equipment (such as controlling Digital Signage, Sound System, VRCC, DRRC App, Showroom Assistant, etc.)
- Being aware of appointments in the showroom for the following day to ensure hospitality (e.g. greeting with customer name, providing preferred refreshments, quick guidance to the right counterpart etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury service and guest relations, such as roles in concierge, gastronomy/waitstaff, reception, or other hospitality professions.
