Service Porter
Reports To: Service Manager
Summary: Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.
Requiements -
- Must have Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 21 years of age or olders
- Must have and maintain a CLEAN driving record.
Essential Duties but not limited to this list:
- Moves vehicles to and from service line.
- Vacuums and cleans customer vehicles as directed.
- Inspects vehicles in drive, as directed
- Help keep a clean and organized work area, department, and dealership.
- Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
- Washes all windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout service area.
- Sweeps technician stalls, service department, halls, and vending areas.
- Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans, and vending machines.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Maintains equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Runs errands as directed by foreman, or Service Manager.
- Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
