Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the construction, repair, and remodeling of commercial structures. This role involves providing manual labor support, assisting other craft workers, and handling various materials, including wood, steel, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall.

Job-Related Tasks:
- Assist with various levels of construction activities.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris, trash, and hazardous materials removal.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth according to grade specifications using picks, shovels, and other tools.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment, as trained and certified.
- Erect or dismantle temporary structures, including fencing, scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, and more.
- Provide assistance to skilled craft workers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a construction environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
