Minimum requirements include a bachelors degree in business administration, communications or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible management experience with a local government or large corporate public communications. Five to seven years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also required.
Preferred qualifications include a masters degree and previous municipal government experience.
