The Role
The Visual Supervisor at Rag & Bone, Walnut St, is responsible for the overall brand and product presentation within the store location. The supervisor will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling. This position is a member of the Walnut St Team and reports into the General Manager of the store.
The Visual Supervisor base pay ranges from $23-$25hourly.

The supervisor will balance art and commerce by ensuring a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote product selling. This position is a member of the Walnut St Team and reports into the General Manager of the store.
The Visual Supervisor base pay ranges from $23-$25hourly.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising to ensure a consistent client experience, drive brand values, and promote selling within the store
- Ensure that the store presentation is consistent to the global retail strategy, visual guidelines, window installations, and special projects. Consider localized market needs and variations
- Manage VM floor map zoning in partnership with store manager. Plan floor set execution and oversee implementation
- Update store windows with creative elements and product updates that align with brand seasonal strategies and concepts
- Manage the brand standards within the store. Train and manage sales and support staff on the criteria
- Identify store maintenance opportunities and manage work order process
- Review floor set productivity with store manager and ensure that the store drives strong KPIs that correspond with the in-store client journey. Adjust floor sets as needed
- Manage communication to and from the stores and HQ, including floor set planning, scheduling, and execution, new receipts and inventory levels, and special needs
- Support store and ops teams with other tasks when the store is set
- Provide inclusive and photographic recaps to corresponding store and VM partners
- Minimum 1 year in-store visual merchandising experience
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high visibility environment
- Strong drive for results
- Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
