Job Description:
Rage Powerboats, a premier high-performance boat manufacturer, is looking for a Fiberglass Laminator to join our full-time team. This position involves laminating fiberglass on molds to form boat decks and hulls and working with various materials such as gel coat, paint, resin, and composites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laminate fiberglass layers on molds to create boat decks and hulls
- Work with gel coat, paint, resin, composites, and woodworking
- Use a wide range of shop tools and equipment
- Assist with moving boats ranging from 16’ to 40’ in length
- Perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or equivalent in fiberglass lamination or construction
- General tool knowledge and experience working in a shop environment
- Ability to work with a positive attitude as a productive team member
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
