Hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Cook – Ragged Mountain Fish & Game Club

Ragged Mountain Fish & Game Club, a historic private club set on 1,490 scenic acres, seeks a skilled, creative cook to lead weekend dining for our close-knit community.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys menu autonomy, high-quality ingredients, and a relaxed yet professional kitchen environment.
The Role:
-Plan and prepare Friday & Saturday night dinners (~50 guests) and Sunday brunch (~10-20 guests).
-Source fresh ingredients and manage a set budget.
-Work closely with a supportive volunteer committee and kitchen assistant.
-Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
-3 years of professional cooking experience with strong technique.
-A chef who thrives in independent, creative environments.
-ServSafe certification or equivalent required.
-Must have reliable transportation for ingredient shopping.
-We are open to a bulk food buying business arrangement if you establish one that works within budget and taste.
