Duties
Conduct reading assessments and analyze data to identify students in need of additional support.
Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate support within the general curriculum.
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and performance.
Engage with families to provide resources and strategies for supporting reading at home
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field (Master?s preferred).
Experience with reading instruction and intervention, particularly in K-8 settings.
Strong knowledge of literacy intervention techniques and reading assessment tools.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative, student-centered approach.
