What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker position at Raging Rivers Waterpark?
Job Requirements:
Must be able to obtain Illinois Food Handlers License
Must be able to work in extreme heat and humidity in the kitchen, must be able to stand for the duration of shift.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Duties include:
Prepping and cooking food
maintaining a clean work environment
delivering product and packages to other restaurant locations throughout the park
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working quickly and efficiently.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of occasional catering events
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
