Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic space for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
- Conduct floor care activities including buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Execute residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols while maintaining flexibility to accommodate special requests.
Skills
- Experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of different flooring types.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
