Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities through regular custodial duties.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties in compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as required.
- Engage in residential painting projects when necessary to enhance property aesthetics.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
