Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities through routine custodial tasks.
- Conduct industrial cleaning activities in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
- Support residential painting projects as needed to enhance property aesthetics.
- Provide porter services by maintaining cleanliness in common areas and assisting with waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
