Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role is essential in ensuring that spaces are not only clean but also safe and welcoming for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct custodial duties that include dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, residential painting, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
