Position Overview:
This position is primarily **remote** part time position, with minimal in-person obligations. The Administrative Assistant will focus on managing communications, scheduling, and supporting various back-end operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and excels at proactive communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, maintaining outstanding communication skills with rapid response times via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
-Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, staff schedules, and client service requests to ensure efficiency and seamless operations.
-Support Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, invoice management, and ordering supplies.
-Problem-Solving: Address scheduling conflicts or service issues promptly, collaborating with the team to implement effective solutions.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with owners, management and staff to improve processes and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must possess outstanding communication skills with rapid response times.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., pages, numbers).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
