We are looking for a Cut Sheet Encoder to assist our operation in the Lithia Springs area.
Job Summary
The Cut Sheet Encoder is responsible for operating and managing the encoding process of cut sheets in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of print advertising and layout design, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards before they are finalized.
Duties
- Operate encoding machines to accurately print and encode cut sheets as per specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure layouts are optimized for print production.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of print quality and consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on printing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in print advertising, layout design, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with machining processes and screen printing techniques is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality control in all aspects of production.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing production needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
