Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our Heat Transfer Printing Plant. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production/manufacturing of our products. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery utilized in the production of Heat Transfer Decals
- Clean/Wash Screens for reuse
- Troubleshoot machines when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routing and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Machine Operation is a plus
- Mechanical Inclination is a requirement of the position
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and/or power tools
- Basic Mathematics is required for this position
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hours:
1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:00-2:30pm $16/hour
2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2:00- 10:30pm $16.50/hour
3rd. Shift Mon- Fri 10:00pm - 6:30am $17/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
