Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Associate to join our team on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. In this role, you will ensure that all heat transfer printed products meet the highest quality standards before they are dispatched to clients. This position requires someone with an eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to monitor both the production process and the final dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control During Printing: Inspect prints for defects such as smudging, misalignment, or color inconsistencies.
- Final Inspection & Order Preparation: Verify completed prints against client specifications, organize orders efficiently, and prepare products for shipment.
- Dispatch & Shipping Coordination: Ensure products are packaged to meet shipping standards and organize pickups with carriers for timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality control, printing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect defects.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments.

Shift:
1st : Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3rd: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
