Busy automotive dealership seeking candidate for part time cashier / receptionist position. Shift would be Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 11 : 00 am and occasionally Saturday afternoon, 1 : 00 pm - 6 : 00pm. The candidate must be reliable, have a positve attitude, basic math skills, basic computer skills and be able to multitask. Switchboard experience a plus.

Job duties would include :

Answer dealership phones and transfer calls to the appropriate department or person

Process customer transactions

Balance cash at the end of shift

Filing

Work cooperatively with the sales, service and parts teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Other duties as assigned
