The Senior Associate, Information Security will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our RBAC program.
What You'll Do: ·
Focusing on the governance tasks within IAM Operations (Quality Reviews, Audit, Certifications, knowledge base article revisions)
· Collaborate with IT, compliance, and other teams to implement and maintain security controls and processes.
· Monitor Qualys for vulnerabilities, open ADO User Stories to remediate said vulnerabilities.
· Communicate SailPoint modification to the IAM Operations Team.
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of SailPoint metrics, and initiatives.
· Support the day-to-day operations of the Information Security function(s) within SailPoint. Including: RBAC (Job Roles), user access controls, incident response, security monitoring, compliance, etc.
· Use Excel to assist in role-based access analysis, impact analysis and reporting.
· Work with SailPoint team to expand monitoring capabilities with Policy violations.

What you have:
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.
· Solid understanding of information security principles, practices, technologies, and standards.
· Familiarity with risk management methodologies and frameworks.
· Proficient in Excel working with large datasets while using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
· Experience in assisting with the development and implementation of information security policies, standards, and procedures.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess security issues and propose effective solutions.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Strong communication skills.
· Must know Microsoft office for complex reporting and/or procedures.
Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
· 1-2 years of experience in information security, with demonstrated experience in managing security operations and projects.
· 1-2 years of RBAC/Compliance knowledge, but willing to training the right person
· Reside in the Indy area.
· Hybrid work schedule 3 days a week in office.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
