- Assist in the monitoring of security events and incidents to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of security tools and technologies.
- Support the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security awareness and compliance.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and participate in penetration testing activities.
- Assist in incident response activities and forensic analysis.
- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
- Work on special security projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship starting on June 9, 2025
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Familiarity with security software and hardware tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
