We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to support our Central and Northern Rhode Island teams during weekends, with occasional travel to various locations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to clients in their residences or community environments.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety protocols.
  
  

Required Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in geriatric care or rehabilitation is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island Physical Therapist license.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
