The Events Department is seeking Raiders Ambassadors to represent the Raiders at events and programs in a positive and professional manner. The Raiders Ambassador will gain a wide breadth of experience in the sports industry, as well as at non-football related events by supporting the efforts of various departments including but not limited to: Alumni, Events, Community Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Premium Service, Raiders Foundation, Stadium Operations, and Football Development., The Raiders Ambassadors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining the core values of the Raiders organization. Raiders Ambassadors are expected to represent integrity, teamwork, and positivity. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging guests through various interactive activities, programs, and events.
- Provide positive experiences at various activation locations by serving as a greeter, checking in guests, providing directions, and responding to all guest questions or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Serve as an official Raiders representative by executing a consistent brand experience at every touch point.
- Set up and take down event equipment such as tents, tables, backdrops, and other misc. items required to execute an event to maintain and enhance the Raiders’ reputation of excellence.
- Assist with equipment storage organization including, but not limited to set-up, inventory, upkeep, and maintenance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must attend all mandatory shifts at the supervisor’s discretion; Orientations, Draft Party, Training Camp, 2025 Gamedays, Silver & Black Gala, and Raiders events throughout the city.
- Must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and customer service skills
- Must be an approachable team player that is open to receiving and presenting feedback to improve job functions, skill sets and overall operations.
- Ability to work well as a team as well as independently.
- Ability to multi-task while remaining intentional, driven and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must always work with integrity.
- Knowledge of NFL and Raiders initiatives and programs is preferred.
- Must be able to travel throughout Southern Nevada.
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must have a valid in-state driver license and be ability to drive department vehicles.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to)
- Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stairclimbing.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
