Store Supervisor, Allegiant Stadium

Position Overview:

The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store in efforts to ensure the type of efficiency and productivity that leads to optimal store performance. This role will supervise Sales Associates as well as Lead Sales Associates collaborating with the Store Manager to determine schedules and daily tasks while concurrently helping monitor overall work performance. The Supervisor is expected to help foster a positive work environment by providing the sort of leadership that drives sales and creates an exceptional shopping experience for all.

Essential Job Functions

• Help ensure operational results in store procedures, cash handling and inventory control.
• Provide immediate supervision and leadership to Sales Associates and Lead Sales Associates in daily operations.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training and developing of Sales Associates and Lead Sales Associates.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist Store Manager with physical inventory procedures.
• Monitor and track feedback from store patrons regarding product as well as the guest experience and effectively communicate the same to the Store Manager and Raider Image management.
• Follow Store Manager’s directives to execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations as needed.
• Help set a standard of excellent customer service on the selling floor and through the training of sales staff.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1 years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory retail role.
• Strong apparel experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; exhibiting the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to maintain composure when dealing with last minute changes.
• Ability to adapt to the fluid nature of the changing retail landscape.
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive and helpful demeanor.
• Must be flexible regarding work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing
• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
