Job Overview

As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of loading and unloading product from railcar to trucks, while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe and timely unloading and loading of railcars and trucks.
- Utilizing conveyors, railcar mover, loader, skid steer, engines, pumps, boilers and other mechanical applications.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to minimize risks on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Document daily operations, including equipment usage and maintenance performed.
Requirements
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance.
- Climbing onto railcar tops, Standing long periods of time, bending, stooping and the ability to lift 75 lb.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues is a plus.
- Ability to work as a team as well as alone, take direction and follow them.
- Accurately fill out all paperwork, and record keeping daily.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the specific role.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
