Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 1099 Medical and Surgical Device Sales Representative to help promote our products in Charlotte and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical and surgical products to surgeons, hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Operating Room Credentials are highly recommended along with current relationships with surgeons. We offer excellent commissions and product training. This is a great opportunity for an established medical/surgical device sales representative to add something to your bag and increase your mailbox money.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including Surgeons, Doctors, and VAT/VAC.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical and surgical products.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in surgical or medical sales is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Current or past relationships with Surgeons are highly recommended.
