As a District Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing profit and loss, and ensuring that each location meets its sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing field operations of multiple projects/work sites in a specific region. Responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost effective manner. Responsibilities include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. Guide Project Managers in their assigned roles and responsibilities within the company's managing methods and monitor and review their performance.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
Must have good computer skills and experience using project management software.
Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
Commercial and residential electrical experience required.
Regional construction project management experience required.
Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
