Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as needed with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
-Other tasks as assigned -assisting in dealing with building depts/permits/plans
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
