Join Rainbow Adventures as a Reservations Sales Agent and help us elevate our customer experience to new heights! We are looking for friendly and outgoing reservations agents to join our team. You will assist guests with booking tours, check-in, and payment processing for A Day in the West Jeep Tours, Red Rock Western Jeep Tours, Sedona Off Road Adventures, Red Rock Magic Trolley, and Earth Wisdom Jeep Tours. The Ideal candidate will be outgoing and professional with excellent customer service skills. Applicants should have some sales and customer service background, concierge experience is a plus. Knowledge of the FareHarbor booking system is preferred. Must have the ability to project the fun and excitement of our tours. Need to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with proficient computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
