What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Administrative Assistant position at Rainbow Apparel Co?
Rainbow USA Inc, is a specialty retailer based in Brooklyn, New York with locations throughout the US and Caribbean.
We are currently looking for Facilities Administrative Assistant for our corporate office in the Construction Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support Facilities on new and existing work orders; follow up to ensure completion and closeout of work at a store level
Support Facilities regarding resolution to issues that are third party responsibilities including Landlords
Process all mail and provide to correct parties within the department
Process all invoicing to ensure correct paperwork and all department requirements are met prior to submitting for processing
Work with respective parties to resolve problem invoices for required paperwork; Process Charge back entries for the department
Occasionally type Scopes of Work as dictated by the Project Managers.
Create Project folders for the Project Managers.
Update multiple department logs as required
Filing for the department
Other duties as assigned
This is not a remote position
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills including MS-Excel, Word and Lotus notes
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Minimum: 3 years experience.
Salary : $23 - $29
