The Resident Services Coordinator needs to be motivated, energized, self-starter, organized, passionate, compassionate, professional, and approachable. Must communicate easily and is accountable, purposeful, intentional, resourceful, able to build professional relationships, develop partnerships with similar organizations, HAPPY, and ready to be a servant leader of social and economic change. The Resident Services Coordinator is directly responsible for delivering educational and community-building programs for our residents and coordinating with local third-party service providers to enhance these programs.

Support the needs of low-income individuals and familiesDeliver educational workshops to residentsCoordinate and provide resident social activitiesProvide quality customer serviceProvide resources and connect residents to opportunities to bridge social and economic barriers to goals and advancementReport program outcomes to the Rainbow Resident Services DivisionMaintain the Resource Center in a clean and presentable conditionPlan, implement, promote, and administer youth activities and programs.Suggested Skills / Background Required
