About the Role :

Rainbow International of Greenville County is seeking an Insurance Restoration Mitigation Manager to join our team. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee insurance restoration projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee insurance restoration projects from start to finish

Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and subcontractors

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Supervise and train a team of mitigation technicians

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements :

3 years of experience in insurance restoration or related field

Knowledge of Xactimate and other industry software

Strong leadership and communication skills

IICRC certifications preferred

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
