Role Overview: As a Large Loss Project Manager at Rainbow Restoration of Greenville, SC, you will play a vital role in promoting our business and brand. Your primary duties will include managing the reconstruction of homes or businesses damaged by water, fire, and mold. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and administering subcontractors, as well as utilizing Xactimate and CoreLogic for project scheduling and budgeting. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the complete reconstruction process for large loss projects, ensuring timely and high-quality restoration of properties.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Budgeting and Scheduling: Utilize Xactimate and CoreLogic to accurately budget and schedule projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and exceptional service throughout the project.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support project teams, ensuring alignment with company values and project objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in large loss restoration or a related field.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, business software, and spreadsheets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
