Job Description :

We seek a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team at Rainbow Restoration. As the sole-charge accounting expert, youll manage the financial backbone of our business, working closely with the owner. This role requires in-depth knowledge of accounting, QuickBooks, and payroll management. Your responsibilities will include accounts payable / receivable, payroll, time sheets, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities :

Financial Management : Oversee accounts payable / receivable and payroll processing.

QuickBooks Expertise : Track expenses, process payments, and generate accurate financial reports.

Payroll Processing : Manage payroll, including time sheet compliance and timely payments.

Account Reconciliation : Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.

Budget Oversight : Work with the owner to monitor budgets and track financial performance.

Documentation : Maintain organized, accurate financial records and payroll data.

Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly / quarterly reports with insights for planning and budgeting.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or Bookkeeper with sole-charge responsibilities.

Strong QuickBooks expertise; experience with other accounting tools is a plus.

Payroll management experience, including compliance with payroll regulations.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial best practices.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset focused on accuracy and solutions.
