Position Summary

We are seeking a transformational Operations Manager to lead our field operations and drive performance across all restoration divisions. This role is pivotal in shaping a trust-centered culture, holding the team accountable to company values, and ensuring execution aligns with our 2025 Business Plan. The Operations Manager will work closely with the CEO, Project Managers, and Technicians to enforce policy, improve efficiency, and steward the growth of people and processes alike.

This role requires servant leadership, a passion for operational excellence, and the maturity to balance people, policy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations for all active jobs in mitigation, mold, repairs, and contents.
  • Coach and develop Project Managers and Supervisors through real-time performance feedback and development plans.
  • Monitor division-level KPIs, including COGS benchmarks, gross profit targets, job cycle times, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance with TPA programs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Lionsbridge, Allstate).
  • Ensure accountability to company SOPs, ethical conduct, and job documentation requirements (e.g., Dash/Fusion, DocuSketch, photo protocols).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Estimating to ensure timely job creation, dispatching, and customer communication.
  • Support HR with onboarding, discipline enforcement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Serve as a key culture carrier — modeling our core values in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations leadership (restoration industry preferred).
  • Proven experience managing teams, enforcing standards, and achieving performance outcomes.
  • Strong familiarity with job management systems (e.g., Dash/Fusion, MICA, Xactimate).
  • Deep understanding of restoration workflows — from water mitigation to structural repairs.
  • Ability to lead with humility, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading in a faith-forward work environment.
Preferred but Not Required

IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
  • Experience working with third-party administrator (TPA) programs
  • Familiarity with COGS management and gross profit tracking
