Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Restoration Project Manager to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from creating detailed estimates to managing schedules, materials, subcontractors, and client communications. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and excel at juggling multiple priorities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Estimation and Scope Development : Utilize Xactimate to prepare accurate and detailed project estimates. Work with adjusters to develop a true scope of work with integrity and professionalism.

Project Oversight : Manage all aspects of restoration projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and regular updates with clarity and empathy.

Adjuster Collaboration : Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to advocate for accurate and fair project scopes.

Team Leadership : Oversee team members and subcontractors, providing feedback and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain organized project records, including progress updates, budgets, and timelines.

Problem Solving : Address and resolve project challenges efficiently and with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : Previous experience in project management, restoration, or construction is required. Familiarity with Xactimate is a must.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all details in order.

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver feedback respectfully and effectively.

Customer Focus : A commitment to providing outstanding service with empathy and professionalism.
