Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in bank reconciliation, tax preparation, financial report writing, and account analysis
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
