Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Technician to help lead our mitigation and restoration teams. As a Lead Technician at Rainbow Restoration, you will play a critical role in coordinating and executing mitigation projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities : As a Lead Technician, you will :

  • Lead a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Coordinate and oversee water, fire, and mold projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to establish project goals and expectations.
  • Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in hands-on restoration work as needed, demonstrating your dedication to the team and the restoration process.

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to engage in physical restoration tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the successful management of multiple projects.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate unexpected challenges.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • 2 years of restoration experience
  • IICRC certifications are a plus
