Job Description: We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an emergency services worker. In this role, you'll respond to emergency losses, maintain schedules, and deliver services in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond 24/7 to emergency losses
- Establish and maintain schedules to ensure timely delivery of services
- Initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and our process
- Maintain all company equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Great customer service skills, able to communicate effectively with homeowners
- Able to document job details via photos and written documentation
- Pass a complete background check
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
