Job Purpose
The Restoration Laborer/Runner plays a critical role in restoring damaged properties back to their original state. This position requires a high level of physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency water and fire losses
- Document job details via photos and written documentation
- Maintain company equipment and perform other duties as needed
- Work as a team member and learn the substantive details of the restoration industry
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Experience with construction and demolition a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with water mitigation and restoration techniques
- Knowledge of IICRC standards and procedures
- Certification in CPR and First Aid a plus
