We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Review claim, and complete appropriate reports for the claim.
Answer phone lines and direct to appropriate persons.
Data entry and uploading documentation to company and insurance portals.
Maintain organized records of all claims processed, including relevant correspondence and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments regarding claim status and issues.
Requirements
Experience in mitigation industry is preferred.
Familiarity with MICA and Fusion / DASH is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
