Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment to maintain health and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
