About The Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team at Rainbow International of Whitney, NV in Phoenix, AZ. As a Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and general cleaning services. No prior experience is required—we provide full training! If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow in a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

✔ Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration services

✔ Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning

✔ Set up and monitor drying equipment

✔ Remove debris and perform demolition when necessary

✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment

✔ Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

✔ Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements

✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings

✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✅ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

✅ Previous experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning (a plus but not required)

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
