Company: Rainbow Restoration is an emergency property restoration company providing water, fire, and mold damage services to residential and commercial clients in Southeast Michigan. Description: Rainbow Restoration is looking for a well-qualified, result driven individual to call on industry partners for the purpose of developing opportunities to provide services for our partners or their clients. The Rainbow Restoration sales professional will begin conversations with industry partners and begin to develop a relationship that will result in future business opportunities. A qualified Inside Salesperson will begin by measuring opportunities with industry partners by engaging in constructive, exploratory dialogue. The Inside Salesperson will then set up opportunities for further engagement with these industry partners by scheduling in-person meetings with Rainbow Restoration owners or upper management.

Office location: Remote position

Qualifications: Experience in inside or outside sales or customer service and relationship management. Able to communicate well and develop a rapport with potential industry partners and clients by relating in a friendly and positive manner. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently to accomplish goals and other key performance indicators. Ability to use our customer relationship management software effectively after successful training in the software.

Hours per week and hours of operation: Flexible, with potential client outreach occurring between 8am-5pm M-F. Expected time commitment to Business Development initiatives are 20-30 hours per week, with additional opportunities available based on results.

• Compensation: $18/hr with bonuses and commission based on lead generated revenue.
