🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain all routing-related equipment with accuracy and care
- Oversee the daily flow of multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality output
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing Director and other teams to set priorities and stay on track
- Monitor inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Plan ahead, communicate effectively, and stay ahead of project updates and changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly while keeping a cool head under pressure
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience and knowledge of routing equipment and materials, we can train if needed
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and adapt to change
• Must be able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

- Track project progress and maintain records on designated platforms
- Assist and support team members to ensure overall project success
- Suggest improvements and adjustments based on project needs
- Participate in meetings, training, and cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain and regularly service equipment to ensure optimal performance
