What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Rainbow Trailer Park?
This position is for a full-time member of the maintenance crew at the Rainbow Trailer Park. This position includes heavy labor, such as moving appliances, hauling debris, digging up underground water/sewer lines, etc. You will be outside in all weather, although duties can be both indoor and outdoor. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small appliance repair a plus, but we can train you on the job too. Duties include:
- Septic system maintenance
- Trailer repairs/general handyman work
- Groundskeeping and yard/tree work
- Water system maintenance
- Occasional trout farm tasks (moving fish, hauling feed, cleaning ponds, etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
