Join Growth Solutions (a subsidiary of Rainbow Companies) as a Utility Plant Health Care Technician , where you’ll apply a Tree Growth Regulator (TGR); a treatment injected into the soil to slow the growth of trees near powerlines. Our innovative approach reduces pruning needs, improves tree health, and transforms how utilities manage vegetation.

- This role requires travel, working independently outdoors, in all weather conditions across diverse terrains. You will bend, reach, stoop and lift (up to) 50 lbs, have exposure to chemicals, tools and equipment (PPE and training provided). It may not be suitable for individuals who are uncomfortable working alone outdoors.
