At Growth Solutions (a subsidiary of Rainbow Companies) we are committed to delivering top-tier solutions in Utility Vegetation Management. We are currently seeking a part-time Operational Support Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in data entry, report generation, or a similar administrative role.
This role is crucial in supporting our operational processes by ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You’ll work closely with the Business Manager to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist with administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Schedule (CST) :
- Monday : 8 : 30 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m.
- Tuesday – Friday : Approximately 4 hours per day. The exact schedule will be coordinated with the Business Manager.
- Hours may increase to a total of 6 hours per day based on workload and deadlines.

This position requires the ability to work on a laptop which includes typing, and the ability to see computer screens. Required to sit for extended periods of time, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in virtual meetings and by telephone; use hands repetitively to touch, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
